3 US citizens sentenced in Cambodia
A Cambodian court has sentenced three U-S citizens to life imprisonment for involvement in a failed coup last November.
The three Cambodian-Americans, two of whom are being tried in absentia, are the self-confessed leaders of a group known as the Cambodian Freedom Fighters.
They were found guilty of conspiring to commit terrorism.
Two Cambodians were also jailed for life, on charges of terrorism and raising an illegal armed force.
Twenty five more Cambodians were sentenced to jail terms ranging from three years to 18.
The defence lawyer for the three Cambodian-Americans says they will appeal the ruling.
