Plane crashes into sea off Russia
Rescue teams from Japan and Russia are searching the seas off eastern Russia for any survivors of a plane crash.
Reports from Moscow said four people -- three Japanese passengers and an American pilot -- had managed to bail out and were on board a life raft.
The twin-engine plane was flying from the Japanese island of Hokkaido to Alaska when it went down.
Russian rescue workers said they were suspending their search overnight.
However, the Russian emergencies ministry said a Japanese rescue airplane was continuing to search the sea and eleven Russian boats were also in the area.
