Kathmandu under curfew for a third night

Nepal's capital Kathmandu has been placed under a curfew for the third night in a row, following the street violence over the Royal Family killings.

From Kathmandu, South Asia correspondent Jonathon Harley reports.

Kathmandu's streets were again heavily guarded by soldiers and police at the end of the fifth and final official day of mourning for the dead royals. The curfew was imposed from nine at night until 3 in the morning. Meanwhile, the Editor of the largest Nepali language Cuntipur daily has been arrested for suspected treason. The charges relate to an opinion piece by an underground Maoist rebel leader claiming the people of Nepal would not accept the new King Gyanendra.
