US tells adopting parents to delay trips to Cambodia after new 'baby b
United States authorities have advised Americans wanting to adopt babies from Cambodia to postpone any plans to visit the country until each case has been thoroughly investigated, predicting a delay of up to three months.
The move comes amid an alleged "baby buying" scandal involving a private adoption agency supplying children to prospective foreign parents.

And the embassy is advising its citizens wishing to adopt in Cambodia to delay their travel until each case has been screened for irregularities.
