Huge fire in Cambodian capital

A massive fire has engulfed an apartment block housing slum dwellers in the Cambodian capital, Phnom Penh.

Witnesses say firefighters are unable to contain the blaze which is out of control and threatening nearby buildings, including the Russian embassy.

At least six people have been injured but authorities say it is too early to tell if there are any deaths.

Dozens of explosions have been heard inside the blazing block.

The area houses many of the Cambodian capital's poorest people, mostly ethnic Vietnamese.
