Pakistan says it won't withdraw its ambassador to New Delhi
Pakistan says it will not respond in kind to India's move to withdraw its ambassador.
New Delhi recalled its ambassador from Islamabad, and terminated its rail and bus links with Pakistan following last week's attack on its Parliament.
The move is in protest at Pakistan's refusal to halt the activities of two Kashmiri militant groups, which New Delhi says carried out the attack which claimed 14 lives.
A statement from the Pakistani foreign ministry has expressed regret at India's decision.
However, it rejected allegations that it was promoting cross border terrorism.
It said Pakistan had offered to take part in a joint inquiry with India to find out who was behind the attack, but India had rejected the offer.
