British troops under fire in Afghaistan
British-led peacekeepers have come under rocket attack in the Afghan capital Kabul.
Up to two large rockets were fired at a compound housing members of the international security assistance force.
No one was injured in the attack, the latest in a series blamed on disgruntled members of the anti-Taliban Northern Alliance.
British forces spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel Neal Peckham has confirmed the details of the incident.
There was a rocket attack, but this was a Chinese Mark 63 107 mm rocket attack against the location and it looks as though it has been launched from the south west of the base.
