Hundred of Vietnam workers clash with police
Hundreds of angry Vietnamese rural workers have clashed with police, leaving two officials injured.
Vietnam's official media says the trouble started as attempts were made to exhume three graves suspected of putting a curse on the workers' village.
Police failed to rescue three hostages from a neighbouring village who had been kidnapped by the mob in a bid to put pressure on their families to move the offending tombs.
The mob also destroyed electrical equipment and other property in disturbance in Chan Hung commune in the northern province of Vinh Phuc.
The three tombs had apparently sparked the villagers' wrath because they were not positioned in accordance with the rules of feng shui, or geomancy.
