Another madcow found in Japan

The Japanese governnment says another possible case of mad cow disease has been found, as investigations into the source of the brain-wasting disorder broadened to include imported animal feed.

Health officials say a cow in western Japan, has tested positive in initial screening but further testing would be needed before confirmation.

Asia's first mad cow case was discovered in Japan in September then another was confirmed to have the disease.

Authorities have been unable to trace the source of the infection but officials say that all three cows have been fed a milk substitute containing a Dutch-made animal fat.
