Family of Afghan teenager killed by British troops, demand compensatio
The family of an Afghan teenager killed by British troops has demanded compensation for his alleged wrongful death as Kabul said Saudi Arabia had arrested two fugitive suspects in the killing of the aviation minister. British officials say their troops had returned fire after coming under attack, but the family of the 19-year-old say he was killed while driving his pregnant sister-in-law to hospital.
Meanwhile, Afghani officials say Saudi Arabia will extradite two fugitive Afghan officials accused of assassinating aviation and tourism minister Abdul Rahman.
Witnesses say Mr Rahman was beaten to death last week by angry pilgrims, waiting for days to get flights to Mecca, but Afghani officials say the murder was the result of a personal vendetta involving several senior officials.
