"Indonesia and East Timor have moved to normalise relations with agreements to map the land border and allow some traditional rights to move between East and West Timor. Indonesia's Foreign Minister, Hassan Wirajuda has recommended that President Megawati Sukarnoputri go to East Timor for its independence in May, at end of nearly three years of interim rule by the united nations. "I HAVE SUBMITTED THE POSITIVE COMMENDATION FOR PRESIDENT TO ATTEND. THE PRESIDENT HASN'T MADE HER FINAL DECISIONS, BUT WE HOPE, BOTH OF US HOPE THAT THE DECISION WILL BE A POSITIVE ONE."
