Jakarta clean up, a huge task.
The citizens of Jakarta are facing the daunting task of cleaning up the mess and rebuilding as huge floods that have killed more than 80 people nationwide start to recede.
An official at the flood relief centre says about 80 percent of some 330,000 residents who evacuated their inundated houses and took shelter in safer areas have returned home.
Raya Siahaan says the waters are dropping and have returned to normal in the city's numerous rivers .
However, some areas in the capital are still under between 10 and 50 centimetres of water.
Siahaan says that at least 57 people have been killed in Jakarta and the surrounding towns of Bekasi, Tangerang and Depok and about 27 more have died elsewhere in the archipelago.
